Your Business Deserves More
Than A To-Do List

Hi, I'm Victoria Hanson - a British-born, military spouse, and Fractional COO who has spent the last 12+ years building the kind of behind-the-scenes infrastructure that lets business owners finally breathe.

My career has taken me across many industries - finance, operations, real estate, health & wellness, nonprofit management, and beyond. And because military life doesn't exactly sit still, I've had to be adaptable, resourceful, and really good at walking into a new situation and figuring out fast what needs to happen. It turns out those are exactly the skills that make a great COO.

What I've actually done

I don't just talk about operations. I've lived inside them.

I've rebuilt an entire finance department's workflows and systems for an organization managing a multi-million-dollar budget - creating the infrastructure that allowed their team to operate with clarity, compliance, and confidence.

I've stepped in as a virtual COO for a solopreneur - managing her financial operations, asset management, business strategies, and executive communications so she could stop drowning in the back end of her business and focus entirely on growth.

I've designed and launched complete sales funnels from the ground up - paid ads, landing pages, email sequences, automation workflows, and webinar pipelines - for a functional medicine practice that needed a system, not just a strategy.

Three very different businesses. Three very different problems. One approach every single time: get in, figure out what's actually broken, and fix it.

Why Virtually Victoria

I didn’t start Virtually Victoria because I spotted a gap in the market.

I started it because everywhere I’ve worked - across industries, across organizations, across every role I’ve stepped into - I’ve done the same thing. I walk in, I see what’s broken, and I fix it. Operations, finances, systems, processes - I find the chaos, and I build the clarity.

And I’m good at it. Really good at it.

The problem with doing that as a staff member? There are ceilings. Limits on who you can help, how long you can work with them, which industry you’re in, how far you can take something before the role ends, and you move on. I kept leaving organizations, having built something solid, and wondering what I could do if those limits just… didn’t exist.

Virtually Victoria is my answer to that question.

Here, I get to take the skills I’ve spent 12+ years sharpening and pour them into businesses that actually need them - without the ceiling. No industry restrictions. No arbitrary timelines. No limit on how far we can take it together.

Just me, your business, and a genuine drive to make it work better than it ever has before.

A little more about me

When I'm not helping businesses get their operations sorted, you'll find me navigating life as a military spouse, cheering on entrepreneurs in every stage of their journey, enjoying the pleasures of the outdoors, bird-watching, attending local theatre, traveling home to England, and of course, convincing myself that one more cup of tea is a perfectly reasonable idea.

I'm community-oriented, endlessly curious, and genuinely energized when a business owner realizes things don't have to be this hard.

I love what I do, and do what I love.

From chaos to clarity - and everything in between.
